This is working as intended.
- There are no price restrictions on order requests
Please fulfill the order for the customer if possible.
- If you are unable to locate the item please reject the order and complete an On Hand Update to correct the inventory in the system for the item.
- Rejecting an order in BOPIS / FulFill does not impact your store negatively and is the correct thing to do.
