Currently Customer Relations is unable to cancel BOPIS / FulFill orders due to how quickly they route through the system to your store

You may complete one of the following workarounds for the customer:
  • You may allow the order to expire as unfulfilled
  • You may fulfill the order and advise the customer to not pick up the order. After 5 days you will process a refund when the pick up time expires
  • You may fulfill the order > process a Pickup for the order > complete a return on the order. This option is not ideal and should only be used if necessary for select cases.
