IMPORTANT: Due to the controller not being closed before 11pm last night you will see some of your reporting be inaccurate for today. This includes your store dashboard and FEBA in PMA. These reports will poll and update properly by tomorrow after a successful close tonight.

Check how long you have before your store opens for the day:
  • Top Priority Store will need at least 1 hour before the store opens
  • Core Store will need at least 30 minutes before the store opens
If you have this time please close the controller as normal.
  • Wait the 30 minutes or 1 hour to allow the controller to close and then attempt to open the controller
If you are already open for the day there are 2 options:
  • Close the controller - You will be unable to ring transactions on the Legacy registers until the controller is done closing and the registers reset for the day. However you will be able to complete debit/credit transactions on your mobile registers (sell app) and/or Fixed Tablet registers.
  • Force open the registers and leave the controller open - For this option you will need to hit the back button above and click the "No, I need to talk to some one". Store Support will force open all of the registers and each register will need to be rebooted. You will also need to partner with Revenue and Accounting to request the day's sales be split after the controller is closed properly tonight.
