- Go to Gapweb
 - Click on Corp Services then click on Computer - System Access Tools

 - Click on CIA

 - Click the menu

 - Click Manage Access and Click Manage User Access

 - Enter your network id or the name of the person you are submitting the request for
 - Click the check next to your or the person you are submitting the request for name
 - Click Manage Access
 - Enter mdm then click the magnifying glass
 - Select two MDM groups and click [click the check next to both of the memberships]
 - One for your domain (example: 1-mdm-americas)
 - One for your country (example: mdm-us-users)
 - Note:  If you received a communication stating your mailbox was recently moved to a new home select HQ-vNext-MDMUsers

 - Click Review
 - Click Submit
