1. Go to Gapweb
  2. Click on Corp Services then click on Computer - System Access Tools
  3. Click on CIA
  4. Click the menu
  5. Click Manage Access and Click Manage User Access
  6. Enter your network id or the name of the person you are submitting the request for
  7. Click the check next to your or the person you are submitting the request for name
  8. Click Manage Access
  9. Enter mdm then click the magnifying glass
  10. Select two MDM groups and click [click the check next to both of the memberships]
    • One for your domain (example: 1-mdm-americas)
    • One for your country (example: mdm-us-users)
    • Note:  If you received a communication stating your mailbox was recently moved to a new home select HQ-vNext-MDMUsers
  11. Click Review
  12. Click Submit
