- In the employees timesheet click the "Apply" box on the top left of the impacted employee's timesheet
- The timesheet will recalculate.
- If the red bar still persists on the timesheet, verify the punches are correct.
- If the punches are +/- 15 mins from the start time on the schedule OR there was an edit made to the schedule since it was published, go under Schedule and Forecasting and verify all the edits under the Reason code adjustment form.
- Once all the Reason codes are selected on the form and resubmitted, the timesheet will recalculate.
