At this time it is not possible to turn "off" receiving SFS orders.
Please allow orders to expire. This is the correct process to follow.
If printer is NOT working please STOP processing orders until printer is functioning properly again. You may partner with a sister store and use the Ship From Store Application on their workstation to print the shipping labels if you wish to continue processing order or have already processed orders and need to ship them.
It is very important that SFS orders are only processes when the labels can be printed and the packages shipped. Delay in shipping the item results in the customer not receiving the package within the advised time frame.

From stores portal please navigate to the below:
