Note: If you are manually entering the information the style number must include the size as well.
For example style 609451-001-1 size 0004 has to be entered as 6094510010004.
Check the style number on the screen and compare it to the price tag.

Try entering in the item number manually.
  • If the items match, grab a duplicate of the same item and attempt to scan again.
  • If the item numbers do not match exactly, the item cannot be entered. The program will not allow you to scan an item that is not part of the
    working order.
  • If the item numbers do match exactly the root cause is related to the same barcode used cross multiple brands for different items. Please allow this order to expire.
