- Warm boot the 6039
- Hold the power button until the device powers off (roughly 15 seconds)
- Once the device reboots to the white Avery Monarch screen release the power button
- If still frozen Soft boot the 6039
- Hold down the "Tab"+ "On/Off" buttons for about 20 seconds until the screen flashes and you see Erase Ram, Drive & Registry
- Press the Left arrow < to clean boot the device.
- Follow the on screen steps for screen alignment
- The 6039 will then complete a setup process
- If still frozen remove the battery for 2 minutes (or until the screen goes blank)
- Re-insert the battery and power on the 6039
- If still frozen Replace the printer using the Store Support Website Hardware Replacement Tool
