Please replace the ipod using the My Mobile Assistant (MMA) tool on the Store Support Website.
- Please open the Store Support Website
 - Click on the My Mobile Assistant Tool Tile

 - Locate the impacted device by the Serial Number
 - Click the Replace (device serial number) button and fill out the request form
 - Be sure to create your return tracking label as you will need this to complete the replacement form.
 - A replacement part will be sent to your store once the depot receives the defective device.
