If you know the device was stolen or has been lost for multiple days please report the occurrence on the LPRM tool and use the link below to submit a replacement request.

If the device was misplaced today you may work with store support to send the device an Alert to help locate it. 

Please replace the ipod using the My Mobile Assistant (MMA) tool on the Store Support Website.
  1. Please open the Store Support Website
  2. Click on the My Mobile Assistant Tool Tile
  3. Locate the impacted device by the Serial Number
  4. Click the Replace (device serial number) button and fill out the request form
    • Be sure to create your return tracking label as you will need this to complete the replacement form.
  5. A replacement part will be sent to your store once the depot receives the defective device.
