Please complete the following steps:
NOTE: If you are locked out another manager will need to unlock your account. You cannot unlock your own account.
- Login to PM.
- Click on the Maintenance link.
- Click on the Security link.
- Click on the Users link.
- In the Employee field type in the employee's GEMs ID that you want to reset, unlock or change and then click Find. Note: You can change the pin of any employee, including managers.
- Click the Edit link.
- At the Users Details screen you can reset the employee's PIN by deleting the numbers in the PIN* field and then type in a new 4 digit PIN. Note: The PIN will always be displayed as a 10 digit number by default regardless of the length of the actual PIN.
- Make sure the Active box is checked.
- Reset the Bad Login Count by changing it to 0.
- Click Save button.
