Please complete the following steps to unlock an employee's access to the ETM:

NOTE: If you are locked out another manager will need to unlock your account. You cannot unlock your own account.
  1. Login to PM.
  2. Click on the Maintenance link.
  3. Click on the Security link.
  4. Click on the Users link.
  5. In the Employee field type in the employee's GEMs ID that you want to reset, unlock or change and then click Find. Note:  You can change the pin of any employee, including managers.
  6. Click the Edit link.
  7. At the Users Details screen you can reset the employee's PIN by deleting the numbers in the PIN* field and then type in a new 4 digit PIN.  Note: The PIN will always be displayed as a 10 digit number by default regardless of the length of the actual PIN.
  8. Make sure the Active box is checked.
  9. Reset the Bad Login Count by changing it to 0.
  10. Click Save button.
