1. For a POS 3 level managers, log into GapWeb with your ADID and associated password, then choose the Change Password option by clicking on the arrows next to your name.

2. Then click on Network/ Workstation ID, and enter in your password associated:

3. You will then be taken to a screen where you can choose the password to update. Choose Portal/Legacy POS Password and create your new password.

For associates POS Role code 1 or 2 a Role POS role code 3 can reset a users password from a legacy POS register and completing the below steps:

1. F7 Administration > F2 Employee > F2 Find > Located Employee and update Employee password.
