1. If the employee was entered into the system less then 24 hours ago, this is working as intended. Please allow at least 24 business hours for the migration into all other systems to complete.
    • Note: Weekends and Holidays may increase this expected time.
    • If 24 hours has passed check with Employee Services to be sure the employee has been returned to active status. (866-411-2772 Option 2) 
  2. If this is a rehire they may need 24 hours after their starting date to become active in PMA.

  3. If the employee has recently been terminated , Partner with Employee Services (866-411-2772 Option 2)
  4. If the Employee has just returned from a Leave of Absence , allow 24 hours for them to become active in PMA or access password locked systems.
