With the NEW FixIT app on your in store mobile devices you can now check the status of your tickets at any time! You can even add notes to current tickets.

To Check the status of your ticket:
  1. Launch the FixIt app from your mobile device
  2. Go to the Open tab
  3. In here you can go into a specific ticket and read the latest info, add comments or request a status update.
    • This is a great area to add information, or understand the status of your open tickets.
    • Within any open ticket, you can provide an update! Scroll to the bottom and select “Update” after selecting the ticket
  4. If you add an update Store Support will be able to see this update and continue to work on your ticket.
