Not Transmitting
- Make sure the earpiece is plugged into the walkie fully*
 - Try to transmit through the walkie with the earpiece removed from the walkie
 - Try another earpiece that is working
 - Check to see if the red LED glows continuously when the Push to Talk is depressed
 
Not Receiving
- Check to make sure you are on the correct channel
 - Make sure the earpiece plug is fully seated / plugged in
 - Unplug and plug back in the earpiece
 - Remove the earpiece from the walkie and try the radio by itself
 - Try another earpiece that you know is working
