Not Transmitting
  1. Make sure the earpiece is plugged into the walkie fully*
  2. Try to transmit through the walkie with the earpiece removed from the walkie
  3. Try another earpiece that is working
  4. Check to see if the red LED glows continuously when the Push to Talk is depressed
Not Receiving
  1. Check to make sure you are on the correct channel
  2. Make sure the earpiece plug is fully seated / plugged in
  3. Unplug and plug back in the earpiece
  4. Remove the earpiece from the walkie and try the radio by itself
  5. Try another earpiece that you know is working
