Ensure you are logging in with the right User ID and Password
- User Name is s0XXXX, where XXXX is the 4-digit store number.
- Password is the 4-digit store number multiplied by 1111
- Example: Store 142
- User ID is 0142
- Password is 0142 x 1111 = 157762
If you are seeing the error "Login failed. Please verify your login information or contact the system administrator."
please wait 2 hours for the password to automatically unlock and reset
