A coin order is placed over the phone through a voice automated systems. Make sure your store has enough funds to cover the coin order.
- Call the designated number on your instruction sheets.
- The voice prompt will ask for a user id and password.
- The prompt will go through coins and dollar bills and such and you would then punch in the needed amount for each denomination.
- Move through the prompts and verify and complete the process.
- There will be an ETA for the change order at the end.
- When the change order is received the manager on duty must visually inspect and count the cash through the clear plastic bag making sure everything is there and sign the paperwork needed for change order.
- Open up the change order and place it in your safe.
- Pull out the money set aside for the change order (bigger bills) and head up to the register and complete a PAY IN.
- Pay in must be done with reason code 99.
- That amount will then go out in that nights deposit.
