Online returns cannot be post voided. Please do not attempt to complete a non-receipted return for any of the situations listed below, as the customer will be credited twice.
Note : Revenue Accounting will NOT post void when the item was a gift and the funds went to the person who purchased the item or for a cancelled Credit Card. This information can be found in the Register Guide page 3.22 and The SSWS Doc#454
