This piece of hardware can be replaced using the Hardware Replacement tool on the Store Support Website.
- Please open the Store Support Website
 - Click on the Hardware Replacement Tool Tile

 - Click on Telephones

 - Select the telephone to replace and fill out the form
 - US and Canada:
 - Send the broken phone to the depot – Please write your INC ticket number on the box.
 - The shipping addresses are found in eshipping under:
 - US: SPENCER
 - Canada: SPENCERCA
 - Once your device has been received by the depot, the depot will send the new Phone!
 - Mexico: Phones are advanced replacement. You will receive a new phone before you need to return your old phone.
