This piece of hardware can be replaced using the Hardware Replacement tool on the Store Support Website.
  1. Please open the Store Support Website
  2. Click on the Hardware Replacement Tool Tile
  3. Click on Telephones
  4. Select the telephone to replace and fill out the form
  5. US and Canada:
    1. Send the broken phone to the depot – Please write your INC ticket number on the box.
    2. The shipping addresses are found in eshipping under:
      • US: SPENCER
      • Canada: SPENCERCA
    3. Once your device has been received by the depot, the depot will send the new Phone!
  6. Mexico: Phones are advanced replacement. You will receive a new phone before you need to return your old phone.
